At Korean-Skincare, we want you to glow with confidence; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we can only accept items that are still in their original, sealed packaging.

Return Process

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the unused products in their original box with all protective padding to ensure they are not damaged during transit.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
